Steps
Sequence Step
1Warm apple juice and pumpkin.
2Add molasses, oil and yeast to mixing bowl.
3Blend flours and salt
4Mix on medium speed until gluten begins to form and add all but about 1 cup of flour.
5Mix until a ball forms, cleaning the sides of the bowl as needed.
6Sprinkle the remaining flour on clean counter and kneed until smooth, adding more flour as needed.
7Let oil bowl, add dough and cover with damp cloth to rise for 1 hr.
8Place dough back on floured counter, knead down and divide into 3-1# loaves.
9Grease or oil small loaf pans to rise for 30 minutes
10Bake at 370 degrees for 35 min.
11Remove from pans to cool on rack. Oil or spray a light coating on tops.
