Stir 1/2 cup warm water, brown sugar and yeast in bowl. Let sit for at least 5 minutes.

Stir flour, salt, baisil and italian seasoning in a large bowl, making depression in middle.

Add yeast mixture, olive oil and 1 cup of warm water. Stir well with fork. Place dough on floured surface and knead well.

Let rise until doubled. (30-40 Minutes)

Divide dough into 2 equal balls. Roll ball of dough into 12 inc circles.

Place in preheated 450 F oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
