1Cook noodles according to package directions
2Combine peanut butter, soy sauce, chili oil, vinegar and brown sugar in large bowl. Stir to blend well. Toss noodles with sauce, onions and cucumbers. Cool noodles to room temperature. Garnish with sesame seeds. You can also refrigerate this for cold noodles which are yummy!
