Beef, ground, 90% lean meat / 10% fat, raw

black beans, canned, rinsed and drained

Williams Chili seasoning (1 packet)

brown venison chunks and ground venison, drain.

mix remaining ingredients in stockpot on stove. Bring to a low boil.

add venison to pot

reduce tempurature, simmer for at least 30 minutes, up to 1 1/2 hours.

add black beans in last 15 minutes of cooking
