Recipe Description
This recipe is a spin off of Rachael Ray's Apple & Potato Hash. I didn't have all of the ingredients, and did not feel like running to the store, so I used ingredients that I already had on hand and created my own version.

Heat olive oil in skillet over medium high heat. Add ham. When ham starts to crisp, add onion and potatoes. Heat until starting to brown.

Add pepper and caraway seeds. Continue cooking until potatoes are tender and browned.
