| 1 | 1. Cream peanut butter, sugars, butter and vanilla. Beat in egg until blended. | 2 | 2. Blend in oats, flours and baking soda until thoroughly combined. | 3 | 3. Stir in apple (shredded), carrots(shredded), raisins and nuts until blended. Roll into 1 inch balls; place on greased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork. | 4 | 4.
