Steps

1whisk flours together with splenda and slat.
2Cook butter until it starts to turn golden brown, cool and add canola oil
3slowly stir flour and butter together with a fork
4Gradually add ice water, up to 4 Tablespoons until dough holds together
5Sahpe dough into a disk and place between two pieces of plastic wrapl Roll into 12 inches in diameter
6Remove top sheet and invert into pie pan. Fill
