Steps
Sequence Step
1Combine flour, sugar, Spenda, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl.
2Puree drained and rinsed black beans with soy milk in blender. Add to flour mixture.
3Next, add eggs, vanilla and packets of premelted unsweetened baking chocolate, mix on medium speed for 1 minute.
4Spread into 9X13 pan sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top and place in oven.
5Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool.
