Ingredients Amount Measure Ingredient 4 cups Sweetpotato, baked 1 1/2 cups, packed brown sugar 4 large eggs 1 stick butter melted 2 teaspoons cinnamon, ground 1/2 cup cream, half and half 1 jigger 1.5 fl oz bourbon 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg Steps Sequence Step 1 Use baked or canned mashed sweet potatoes or yams. Using an electric mixer (hand or stand)mix mashed potatoes, brown sugar, cinnamon, half and half, nutmeg and melted butter. Mix well. Should be sweet, but not overly sweet- so season to taste. Add eggs one at a time and mix after each addition. Add bourbon to batter. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake at 375 degrees for 49-45 minutes.
