Use butter and olive oil to saute seasoned chicken over medium high heat. use Essence and .5 teaspoon of salt to season chicken. Sear chicken about 2 minutes.

Remove chicken and set aside. Saute onion, habanero, until lightly carmelized about 4-5 minutes

Add garlic to pan and saute about 30 seconds.

Add cream, 1 tablespoon of Essence, and 1 teaspoon of salt, and Chicken to pan, bring to boil

cook sauce until cream is reduced by half, about 2 minutes

add tomatoes, linguine and reserved cooking water to pan and cook, tossing to incorporate 3-5 minutes.
