can (28 fl oz)tomatoes canned, diced
Steps
Sequence Step
1Peel, seed and chop cucmbers into medium/large chunks. Place in large bowl.
2Chop green onions and garlic and add to cucumbers.
3Add olive oil, vinegar and spices.
4Toss bread crumbs with cucumber mixture. Allow mixture to sit for 10 minutes.
5Add canned tomatoes with juice to mixture. Stir to blend.
6For smoother texture, transfer part (usually 1/2) to food processor, blender or other bowl with stick blender. Blend until texture is right, then re-incorporate with remainder of soup.
