Peel, seed and chop cucmbers into medium/large chunks. Place in large bowl.

Chop green onions and garlic and add to cucumbers.

Add olive oil, vinegar and spices.

Toss bread crumbs with cucumber mixture. Allow mixture to sit for 10 minutes.

Add canned tomatoes with juice to mixture. Stir to blend.

For smoother texture, transfer part (usually 1/2) to food processor, blender or other bowl with stick blender. Blend until texture is right, then re-incorporate with remainder of soup.
