Cook pasta acording to box directions. Drain and put in greased 2 1/2 baking dish.

In saucepan melt 4 tbsp. butter. Stir in flour, salt, and splenda until smooth.

Gradually stir in milk and bring to a boil. Cook for 2 minutes until thickened.

Reduce heat, stir in velveeta cheese until melted. Stir in ricotta cheese and sour cream.

Pour cheese sauce over pasta shells. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese

Melt remaining butter and toss with bread crumbs. Sprinkle over top of noodles.

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
