bake boneless/skinless breasts at 350 apprx 45 min (season to taste). mix flour and water to form firm/stiff dough (salt optional). boil 8 cups water (more or less, as need). roll dough into balls then rub between hands to form tube like (apprx 3 inch). cut to desired length then place in boiling water apprx 20 min. then add chicken as desired (cut, cubed, diced).
