Chicken Breast diced to 1/2 inch cubes

Spinach

black olives, chopped

Dice chicken to 1/2 inch cubes and brown in 2 tbsp olive oil.

Boil 1 box of Farfalle noodles till al dente.

Break stems from spinach and add to browned chicken along with a bit of oregeno and basil to taste.

Once spinach has cooked down, add pasta, a little more olive oil and the black olives. Stir occassionally to mix flavors.
