pound, rawChicken Breast diced to 1/2 inch cubes

package (10 oz)Spinach

cupolive oil, extra virgin

can (2 oz)black olives, chopped

tablespoonOregano (to taste)

Steps
Sequence Step
1Dice chicken to 1/2 inch cubes and brown in 2 tbsp olive oil.
2Boil 1 box of Farfalle noodles till al dente.
3Break stems from spinach and add to browned chicken along with a bit of oregeno and basil to taste.
4Once spinach has cooked down, add pasta, a little more olive oil and the black olives. Stir occassionally to mix flavors.
5Serve hot!
