Steps
Sequence Step
1Prepare ingredients by peeling and chopping potato, chop up scallions, chop up bacon.
2Place a large pot on the stove and set heat to medium
3Cook bacon until the fat is rendered
4Add in potatos, butter, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley and scallions. Toss the ingredients around to evenly coat.
5Add in the brocolli and cauliflower and mix.
6Add in the water and turn pot to medium-low heat. Cook for 3hrs 30 minutes.
7Reduce heat to low and mix in sour cream and cheese.
8Serve and remove from heat.
