separate eggs and mix egg yolks and sugar together beat whipping cream and put in refrigerator dissolve gelatin in one fourth cup of cold water

scald half and half, then add to egg and sugar mixture and vanilla into a blender. Mix until blended. Return to stove

Bring mixture to a boil, remove from heat and add gelatin, Mix well

cool in a pan of ice water stirring constantly until the consistency of pudding.

mix into whipped cream on a mixer

beat egg whites until stiff and then fold into mixture.
