Melt half the butter butter in a frying pan, then pour this butter in a bowl. In the same bowl pour in the flour, milk, the two eggs and salt. Mix them with either an electric mister to medium speed or by a fork( the chef recommended technique) until a thick liquit mass is formed.
In the same first pan we melt the other half of the butter and then we pour in two tables spoons of the mixture. We cook it about 2-3 min per side flipping with a spatula. We Follow the same procedure until all the mixture is cooked.
At the end put the pancackes on a plate and pour the chocolate and on the side the OJ
