Sequence Step
1Peel and core the apples and slice. Set aside. Empty the frozen juice concentrate into a saucepan and heat to boiling. Add cornstarch and cinnamon and cook stirring constantly until thickened. Add apples and toss until apples are coated with juice. Remove from heat.
2Prepare pie crust. Add the apple mixture to the pie crust and cover with another pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour or until apples are tender.
