1Chop onions and green pepper Slice celery drain juice from the red gold diced mexican fiesta tomatoes into a 2 cup measure measure Trader Joe''s Basmati rice Pilaf Add water to measuring cup containing juice from tomatoes to equal 14 oz preheat medium skillet over medium high heat and add olive oil then add onion, celery and green pepper. Stir occasionally for 3 to 4 minutes and add rice continue stirring occasionally until rice just begins to start sticking to pan. add drained diced tomatoes stir until tomatoes are hot then add 14 oz fluid stir and wait until water just starts to bubble, cover turn heat down to medium low and cook for 20 minutes. Check to see if all fluids have been absorbed if not continue cooking uncovered for a few minutes while keeping an eye on it until fluids have been absorbed. This dish is more moist than the classic spanish rice just more tasty.
