combine all ingredients in a bowl. mix thoroughly.spread in 13x9 pan and refridgerate overnite. then cut into squares. i get 15 squares in a 13x9 pan. 1 square is one serving (appx 50gm).

you may substitute the 1/2 cup milk and half cup water with 1 cup milk or 1 cup water. remember whole milk adds calories and fats so use 2%, skim, or fat free if using milk

i use dried cranberries but you should be able to add most anything you like (raisins, nuts, seeds, etc.) experiment and see

i''ve never baked this recipe so i could''nt tell you how it would turn out. it would probably become very dry

update!! we made a batch of these again recently and baked them @ 350* for about 20 mins. not bad at all. actually turned out pretty well.
