1) mix sour cream and sugar; 2) mix dry and cut in butter; 3) fork together; 4) flatten, wrap, fridge 5) roll out thick, fold, fridge 6) roll out flat, 1 tbl cherry, wet edges, fold, pinch, brush with whipped egg wash, sprinkle with course sugar, back at 400 for 10 minute on high rack and 15 minutes at 350 on low rack
