1position oven rack in th upper part
2whisk eggs, 3 T cheese, milk, lemon zest, sat
3heat olive oil in 8 inch nonstick skillet over medium heat
4add asparagus
5reduce heat to low, pour the egg mixture into the skillet, stirring gently to distribute the fillings evenly
6cover
7remove cover, scatter remaining 1 T cheese over surface
8run frittata under broiler until top sets
9set aside for about 5 minutes before unmolding
10slip frittata out of pan onto cutting board, cut into wedges
11serve warm or at room temperature
