position oven rack in th upper part

whisk eggs, 3 T cheese, milk, lemon zest, sat

heat olive oil in 8 inch nonstick skillet over medium heat

add asparagus

reduce heat to low, pour the egg mixture into the skillet, stirring gently to distribute the fillings evenly

cover

remove cover, scatter remaining 1 T cheese over surface

run frittata under broiler until top sets

set aside for about 5 minutes before unmolding

slip frittata out of pan onto cutting board, cut into wedges
