Sequence Step
1Sift together:flourbaking, powderbaking, soda, salt, flax seed, walnuts, dates, spices
2In a separate bowl combine bananas, milk, oil, egg
3Add liquid to dry ingredients and mix for about 30 seconds (batter will be lumpy)
4Turn into greased loaf pan
5bake at 350 for 60-70 mins
