In separate bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, baking soda and sea salt.

Using a rubber spatula or wooden spoon, add the dry ingredients into the wet. Stir by hand just enough to make a smooth batter.

Pour batter into greased and cornmeal dusted cake pan or spring form pan.

Bake on center rack in preheated oven 350 degrees for 45 mins or so, until the bornbread is firm to the touch and golden. Check with toothpick
