Steps
Sequence Step
1Whisk the eggs till frothy, add the oil, whisk to combine. Add Sweet potato puree and whisk well. Add Brown sugar, vanilla, and spices. Whisk to combine
2In separate bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, baking soda and sea salt.
3Using a rubber spatula or wooden spoon, add the dry ingredients into the wet. Stir by hand just enough to make a smooth batter.
4Pour batter into greased and cornmeal dusted cake pan or spring form pan.
5Bake on center rack in preheated oven 350 degrees for 45 mins or so, until the bornbread is firm to the touch and golden. Check with toothpick
