Brown beef in a 3 qt. sauce pan; drain.

Add sauce and water to sauce pan with drained beef. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Combine remaining ingredients (except lasagna noodles) in separate medium bowl for filling.

Pour about 1 cup of sauce at bottom of 13"x9"x2" glass baking pan.

Layer 3 pieces of uncooked lasagna over sauce.

Cover with about 1 1/2 cups of sauce.

Spread half of cheese filling over sauce.

Repeat layers of lasagna, sauce, and cheese filling.

Top with a layer of lasagna and remaining sauce.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes.

Remove foil and bake 10 minutes longer.

Allow to stand for about 10 minutes before cutting for easier handling.
