Steps
Sequence Step
1Cut up the cauliflower into florets and place on baking sheet. Salt and pepper the florets.
2Roast the cauliflower for 20 minutes, turning halfway, at 450 degrees.
3Stove top, melt butter and roast pine nuts until golden brown. Add garlic and cook for a few minutes. Add dates.
4Toss roasted cauliflower with butter mixture and serve warm.
