Brown beef, onion, and garlic. Drain and cool. Cook shells according to package.
Add cheese, crumbs and egg to beef mixture. Mix well.
Drain and rinse shells with cold water. Using a spoon, fill shells.
Spoon half sauce in bottom of 9x13 casserole. Place stuffed shells in dish, cover with remaining sauce.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
