1Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add onion to pan and saute for 3 minutes or until softened. Add garlic, saute for 30 seconds then add chicken, saute 3 minutes or until chicken begins to brown
2Combine 3/4 cup water, soy sauce, cornstarch, brown sugar and garlic to a bowl, stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved . Add mixture to the pan and bring to a boil. Cook until sauce thickens. Sprinkle with peanuts
