Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until soft.

Add cheeses, cream and milk. Heat mixture until cheeses melt and mixture is simmering.

Stir in tomatoes, tomato juice, basil, sugar and pepper. Continue to simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring constantly. Do not boil.
