Cut up bread into a big dice and put in 9x9 glass baking dish.

In another bowl, put 2 cups milk and 1 tbs butter and microwave for 3 minutes.

When finished, add 3 eggs (slightly beaten), sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon to milk mixture. Pour over bread cubes. Let sit until mostly absorbed into bread.

When most of mixture is absorbed, microwave for 8 minutes, turning once after 4 minutes until cooked throughout. Serve with ice cream or milk or whisky sauce.
