Mix first 8 ingred. set aside Add 1 tsp of sugar to the warm water and sprinkle with yeast. Foam slightly, cover with plastic wrap.

Mix together the remaining sugar vinegar, eggs and oil. Add the yeast mixture.

Stir in the remaining flour and beat until smooth. Spoon batter into prepared loaf pans (2)
