Steps
Sequence Step
1Stovetop over medium heat: saute onions and ham together in small size fry pan until soft.
2Add spinach. Stir until slightly welted.
3Beat eggs with a whisk for a minute and add to mixture in frying pan. Stir eggs until they are evenly distributed.
4Continue to cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
5Heat Oven to Broil.
6Remove frying pan from heat and place in Oven. Broil for 4 to 5 minutes or until omelet is evenly lightly brown.
