Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Coat 12 muffin cups with cooking spray.
2Mix beef, turkey, egg, oats, parsley, red peppers, 2 tbsp. ketchup, milk, onion, salt and pepper in a large bowl. (I also added a dash of worcestershire sauce and a little extra squirt of ketchup).
3Form the mixture into 12 balls and place in the prepared muffin cups. Combine the remaining 4 tbsps of ketchup and worcestershire sauce and spread evenly over the tops of each meatloaf.
4Place the muffin pan on a baking sheet. Bake the meatloaves until their internal temp reaches 160*F. Takes about 20 minutes. Pour off fat before serving.
