Steps

1In a food processor, grind the almonds, flax seed, chia seeds, sea salt and espresso into a medium, fine meal.
2Empty the almond mixture into a large bowl and stir in the garbanzo flour and 1 scoop of protein powder, mix until combined.
3Combine the raisins and dried cherries in the food processor and grind until finely chopped.
4Add coconut oil and flax oil and pulse just long enough to combine.
6Add the raisin mixture into the almond mixture. With bare hands, take a walnut-sized amount, squeezing the mixture together until well packed. Form into desired shape.
7Place each bar onto a plate and store in the refrigerator until firm.
