Sautee garlic, onion, celery, carrots, tomatoes and white wine in sauce pan. Partially cook lasagna noodles. Mix cottage cheese, ricotta, and milk in separate bowl. Create layers and cook in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes. Let set before serving.
