1Cook beef in a large nonstick pot.
2Add all chopped vegetables to beef and saute until onions are clear.
3Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and hot chili beans.
4Add spices and cook for another 10 minutes, stir every few minutes.
5Serve with corn chips, cheese or sour cream as desired.
