Combine enchilada sauce, black beans, rotel, corn, 1/2 tsp chili powder, and 1/2 tsp ground cumin.

Saute chopped onions.

Add sauce mixture to onions, cook on medium heat until heated through.

Spoon 1/3 sauce mixture on bottom of lightly greased 8x8 pan. Layer w/ 1/3 corn tortillas, half the ground beef, and 3/4 cup of cheese. Repeat layers, top with remaining 1/3 tortillas and remaining cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
