1Heat oil on med-high heat. Cook salmon for 5 min each side or until done (flakes easily). Remove from skillet and cover to keep warm.
2Add milk and cream cheese to skillet and cook until cheese is melted. Stir in cucumbers and dill.
3Return salmon to skillet. Cook for 2 min or until heated through. Serve salmon with sauce over top.
