Steps
Sequence Step
1Combine all ingredients except chopped hazelnuts in the bread machine container in the order suggested for your machine. Use the 1.5 pound white bread program and add the chopped hazelnuts at the end of the first kneading cycle.
2Remove cooked bread from pan and allow to cool.
3Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
4Slice the cooled bread 0.5 inch thick and the slices into one inch fingers.
5Bake for 15-20 min (or to taste), turning once half way through the baking.
6Cool on a rack and store airtight.
