Steps
Sequence Step
1Mix brown rice with carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, onions and spinach.
2Cook the mixture in a pan with water and oil. Add a hint of salt and a touch of pepper.
3When the water starts to boil throw in the vinegar.
4When the rice is soft and ready to eat take it out and let it sit for about a minute.
5Last, throw in the tofu and ready to eat.
