Mix brown rice with carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, onions and spinach.

Cook the mixture in a pan with water and oil. Add a hint of salt and a touch of pepper.

When the water starts to boil throw in the vinegar.

When the rice is soft and ready to eat take it out and let it sit for about a minute.
