1Boil chicken with celery and onion for 45-60 minutes.
2Once it starts boiling, turn down to medium temperature.
3Cool chicken completely and de-bone it. Save broth for later use.
4Make sauce - melt butter, stir in flour, stir in broth, and add milk.
5Season to taste with salt and pepper.
6Make noodles or biscuits and serve.
