Cook rice in two cups water for about 20 minutes.

Mix in 2 cups frozen peas, 2 eggs (beaten), the milk. Put into an 8 inch square casserole dish.

Top with the Parmesan cheese. You can add 1 oz. of sliced linguica as desired to decorate.

Bake or microwave at 350 F/Moderate until egg is cooked and milk is absorbed, about ten to twenty minutes.
