1In large pan, begin browning meat on medium low heat
2add finely chopped onion first and when meat is moatly cooked add the green and red bell peppers, finaly chopped.
3While meat is cooking, make a slit in the top bottom of the ovilieri lasagna sheets package and fill package with lukewarm water and let sit. Next make sure meat is well broken up and completely cooked, drain off fat
4Add 3 cans of sauce (approx 700ml each) saving the 4th can for later. Next add the cottage cheese and mix well, loosely cover and heat thru.
5Turn off heat for sauce and get your pans ready. You have two choices do all frozen single serve lasagnas or one small 8x8 family lasagna with 10 frozen.
6using plain sauce put thin layer of sauce in bottom, add 2 layers noodles, little meat sauce, more noodles, cover w sauce then layer of mozza cheese seal and freeze. If cooking familt one put on preheated 350F oven for 25-35 min until sauce is bubbling and cheese melted.
