Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Mix dry ingredients.

Mash banana. Add splenda, add egg beaters, vanilla, and any other wet ingredients. Mix well.

Add banana mix to dry flour mix, folding until just wet. Add chocolate chips gently.

Put mix into muffin tins which have been sprayed with Pam or Bakers Joy to avoid sticking.

Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry.

Remove from muffin pan and cool on wire rack.
