cansTomatoes, red, ripe, canned (8 oz)

cup, shreddedlow-fat mozzarella

cupricotta cheese

1First, take sausage out of the casing. Brown until thoroughly cooked.
2Mix the ricotta, egg, garlic, and half of the mozzarella together. Set aside.
3Next, cook the tomatoes in a large pot with the basil until the tomatoes soften. Set aside.
4In a large baking pan, spread some of the sauce on the bottom and place the cooked noodles on top. Layer with the cheese mixture and then the turkey. Cover with 1/3 of the sauce. Repeat until noodles have been used. Top with remaining sauce and then mozzarella cheese.
