Ingredients Amount Measure Ingredient 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 3 cups unsifted confectioners sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 5 square (1 oz) chocolate, baking 4 large egg whites beaten 1 1/2 cups, chopped pecans Steps Sequence Step 1 Whisk first 3 ingredents. Stir in Chopped chocolate. Add lightly beaten egg whites, till incorporated. Do not over mix. Stir in pecans. Drop 1/4 c dough on parchment covered cookie sheet. Bake at 325 dgrees for 25 minutes. Rotate cookie sheet 1/2 way through baking time. Remove to cooling rack. Store in air tight container for 3 days.
