Whisk first 3 ingredents. Stir in Chopped chocolate. Add lightly beaten egg whites, till incorporated. Do not over mix. Stir in pecans. Drop 1/4 c dough on parchment covered cookie sheet. Bake at 325 dgrees for 25 minutes. Rotate cookie sheet 1/2 way through baking time. Remove to cooling rack. Store in air tight container for 3 days.
