1Process walnuts in food processor until coarsely ground. Add dates and pulse until well combined. Add carob powder, maple syrup, peanut butter, vanilla, and salt. Process until the mixture is thick and smooth. Add cashews and coconut and process to desired texture. Spread into 8x8 pan and cut into squares.
