1scald skim
2add pineapple juice to scalded milk
3in separate mixing bowl whisk cinnamon, sugar, egg substitute, and vanilla
4spray 2 pans with cooking spray and fill bottom of 2 9x11 pans with 3 cups cherry pie filling each
5pour milk/pineapple mixture and then egg mixture over 1 loaf of stale cubed wheat bread
6divide bread mixture into 2 portions and spread over cherry mixture in 2 pans
7bake at 300 degrees in a convection oven for 50 minutes
8let cool
