Heat water to 110 degrees. Add to warm large mixing bowl. Sprinkle yeast over warm water. Let stand 10 minutes, until foamy.

Attach dough hook to stand mixer. Attach mixing bowl with yeast mixture and add Salt, olive oil and bread flour. Stir on medium low speed for 2 minutes until smooth.

Place dough in bowl coated with olive oil and turn to coat. Cover with towel and place in warm spot to rise until doubled, about 1 hour.

Punch down dough, cover and let rise again for 45 minutes.

On lightly floured surface, turn dough out onto lightly floured surface. Roll out to desired shape and place on oiled pizza pan.

Top with sauce and favorite ingredients.

Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until edges are browned and cheese is melted on top.
