1Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Spray 9x13-baking dish with non-stick spray. Place frozen hashbrowns in prepared dish. Cut 1-pound of turkey bacon into to small pieces and fry until crisp. Sprinkle crumbled bacon over potatoes. In bowl beat eggs slightly. Stir in seasonings Pour eggs over potatoes and bacon. Bake for 30-45 minutues.
